Our two storey home is superbly furnished, and with over 2,938 sq ft of living space, it is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, making it an ideal choice for a large family or two smaller families sharing. The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10 adults comfortably), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a formal dining room, two large seating areas, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a Television with cable TV in every bedroom, DVD system, CD player, and a 23 x 13ft private Pool and Spa overlooking the Golf course. Also included is a complimentary wireless DSL/Broadband internet connection.

The tee for the first hole on the Highlands Reserve course is just a couple of minutes walk from our front door. Other on-site facilities include a children's play area, tennis courts and a large communal pool. Located just a short distance from Highlands Reserve you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket.

The villa is situated in the ideal location for you to to experience all that Orlando has to offer, whether it’s the world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be is reached in just 15 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (apart from the course the villa is located on, there are over a further 20 full size courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets (including the fantastic Market Street at Celebration), or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday).

Being located on the US 27, close by to both the US 192 and the Interstate 4, gives you easy access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, meaning that you'll find it easy where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 40 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).
