This is not your typical Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for great golf.

This par 72 championship course opened in December 1998,  features 120 foot elevation changes winding through citrus groves and pine tree-lined fairways, and gives magnificent views overlooking one of Florida’s most picturesque conservation areas. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, please call the golf shop at your earliest convenience. To avoid cancellation fees, we request 24 hours notice for reservations that were confirmed with a credit card.

Food & Beverage

Please your palate at Highlands Reserve Golf Club's Snack Bar. We may call it a snack bar, but it's much more than that. We can reenergize you with delicious breakfast items or a full lunch menu featuring our specialty ham, turkey and roast beef sandwiches with all the fixings. Thirst quenching beverages include soft drinks, juices, beer and liquor. Stop in and you'll be at the top of your game.

Beverage Cart Service If a challenging round has whet your appetite, our beverage cart will come to your rescue. Highlands Reserve Golf Club's beverage cart service brings instant refreshment with ice cold beverages including Coca-Cola products, Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller, Michelob Light, Guiness, O'Douls, assorted liquors, snacks, fruit nuts and candy.

Highland Reserve Golf Shop

The well-stocked Golf Shop features all major brands including the latest styles from Cutter & Buck, Haley, Tommy Hilfiger, Izod, Slazenger, Titleist and Footjoy. Towels, hats, ball markers, and divot repair tools make great souvenirs.

Treat your favorite golfer to a gift certificate. Gift certificates are available in any amount desired and can be used towards merchandise or golf.

The Golf Shop is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Both PGA and LPGA professionals are on staff and ready to assist your every golfing need.

Loretta Coleman, PGA - Head Teaching Professional
Loretta has been a member of the PGA since 1996. Originally a teaching professional from the metropolitan New York area, she joined the Highlands Reserve team in January 2002. A popular teacher in the Orlando area, Loretta's philosophy of teaching is simple. She believes golf should be fun and learning about the game should be informative and not overwhelming!

Mick Walsh - Head Golf Professional
PGA Apprentice Mick Walsh has been playing the game for sixteen years and works with golfers of all skill levels. Mick's philosophy is to take each player's swing and make minor adjustments - improving their game while still keeping it fun and enjoyable.

Practice Facility

Highlands Reserve Golf Club's practice facility is the ideal spot to perfect your swing - we've got several target greens, practice bunkers and putting greens ready and waiting for you. A bag of balls is just $5 and range passes are also available.

• USGA rules apply.
• Please keep carts on cart paths and away from greens and tees.
• All golfers must wear soft spikes

Dress Code

Men:   Collared shirts and Bermuda length shorts are required at all times. Denim jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, tennis shoes and cut-off shorts are not allowed.

Women:   Round neck and collared shirts and Bermuda length shorts are required at all times. Denim jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, tennis shoes and cut-off shorts are not allowed.
